• Filing and digitizing documents for electronic storage

• Organizing random documents into PDF packages using Adobe Acrobat

• Preparing lease contracts and documents

• Setting up documents for Docu-Sign electronic signatures

• Doing recorded verification calls and confirming signatures on documents

• Supporting the President of Leasing Division in general administrative tasks, which may involve running errands, making deposits, certifying cheques, and getting documents signed at client offices

• Other duties as required

Required experience, knowledge and skills:

• Self-motivated, results driven, and professional

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to cross reference information for accuracy

• Time management and organizational skills

• General computer and MS Office proficiency, including Excel

• Proficiency with Gmail, including docs/sheets

Preference would potentially be given to those with: 

• Certification from the Credit Institute of Canada or other relevant education or experience

• Experience working with a lessor/lease-funder in Canada in a similar role

• A valid drivers’ license and vehicle (compensation for business insurance and mileage would be provided)

• Banking or other relevant experience

• Experience with related software, such as TValue, Turbo-Lease, Adobe Acrobat, BC Online, and other online resources for corporate searches
