Responsibilities:

  • Analyze submissions to determine if the file can be declined at the earliest stage
  • Prioritize urgent requests from Brokers and review incoming requests by:
  • reading emails
  • prioritizing emails by urgency
  • renaming subject lines
  • ensuring correct tags are selected
  • running workflows if required
  • creating internal notes
  • responding with email updates

Create online folders, saving items (organizing and renaming), and approving/denying items Create Leads, customizing remaining items, checking off remaining items, and reviewing logins Create tasks in our workflow software and assigning necessary work Create Landlord Lease Letters and Forms as needed Perform initial pull reports (personal bankruptcy report and personal credit reports) Create deal models, input sales data, and run data-scoring model Submit analysis to Applications Analyst for review Work collaboratively within the deal teams and with colleagues as needed Participate in weekly Functional and Committee Meetings as needed

Required experience, knowledge and skills:

  • Self-motivated, results driven, and professional
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to cross reference information for accuracy
  • Able to adapt and follow new procedures and policies
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Investigative skills
  • Skilled with analyzing businesses
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum typing speed of 50wpm
  • Work experience in an Administrative or Financial role preferred
  • French language skills would be an asset
