In this role, you will be responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company administration. This includes greeting and screening visitors, answering and referring inbound telephone calls, and managing inbound/outbound mail.
The Support Team at Merchant Advance is a driven group of client advocates. They are always working to make the client experience for our merchants better. They handle all client inquires in the post funding stage. For example this could be assisting a merchant with a billing inquiry or a request for additional funding. The Support Team's office space is not only a hub for calls and emails but also a supportive space to share solutions, ideas and lunch! You will most likely find a live stream of the Vancouver Aquariums Otter cam going in the background or a new play list to keep you pumped throughout the day.
